Author: Alberto BorettiMar 01, 2017 The presence of aluminium in brain tissue from donors with familial AD was fully supported qualitatively by aluminium-specific fluorescence microscopy (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3). We have produced striking and unequivocal images of aluminium in human brain tissue and confirmed aluminium's presence in each of the familial AD brains investigated.

Detailed statistical analyses showed that aluminium was significantly increased in each of these disease groups compared to control tissues. We have confirmed previous conclusions that the aluminium content of brain tissue in Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder and multiple sclerosis is significantly elevated.

AMS is used in conjunction with radioisotopic aluminum (26 Al), which can measure tissue Al 3+ that occurs in 10 − 9 M amounts or less. A major advantage of AMS is that the fraction of 26 Al that is taken up into brain tissue after a single oral dose can be detected unambiguously since biological tissues naturally lack this isotope.

For an average brain mass of 1.3kg that comes out to about 14mg total aluminum: nearly twice the maximum possible vaccine-related dose. So the question of where all the extra aluminium came from would remain! Of course we ingest an order of magnitude more aluminium through food than gets injected in vaccines, so avoiding vaccines would still be ...

May 17, 2019 The authors are to be congratulated on this research. It strengthens my resolve that human exposure to aluminium may have a role to play in some forms of autism. In our research looking at aluminium in human brain tissue in donors with a diagnosis of autism we identified microglia as the major location of aluminium in all ten donors studied [1].

A burgeoning body of research confirms and affirms the presence of aluminium in human brain tissue. Recently, the first data on aluminium content of brain tissue from donors with diagnoses of familial Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy have been published.
Objectives: Recent research has confirmed the presence of aluminium in human brain tissue. Quantitative analyses suggest increased brain aluminium content in a number of neurodegenerative diseases including familial Alzheimer's disease, congophilic amyloid angiopathy, epilepsy and autism.

Abstract. Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are serious multisystem developmental disorders and an urgent global public health concern. Dysfunctional immunity and impaired brain function are core deficits in ASD. Aluminum (Al), the most commonly used vaccine adjuvant, is a demonstrated neurotoxin and a strong immune stimulator.

作者: CMSRIThe extrapolation suggests that - provided the present trend continues - 1 in 20 children will be autistic in the USA in 2022, 1 in 10 in 2028 and 1 in 5 in 2034. The uncertainty in these numbers will obviously increase with time. The rise of autism is also only one of the problems caused by these environmental factors.
Dec 01, 2018 Amongst metals: Aluminium hydroxide, a vaccine adjuvant (used to boost immune response to an antigen) is a known neurotoxin, and impairs human functions. Thimerosal (or ethyl mercury) is used as a preservative but is very highly toxic and is still used in vaccines – despite a US Government ruling to eliminate it, in 2004.

Feb 27, 2020 Herein, we have measured aluminium in brain tissue in donors who died of a specific disease or condition though without showing any neurodegeneration. The donors were diagnosed as not suffering from multiple sclerosis. Herein, these novel data are compared with recent data on aluminium in brain tissue in multiple sclerosis.
Jul 23, 2021 The results of their study shocked the team because, over the years, they had examined the brain tissue of well over one hundred individuals and, according to Exley, the brain tissue of the individuals who had died with a diagnosis of autism contained the highest levels of aluminum that the team had ever seen.
