Dec 03, 2009 Check out aluminum glues on Amazon. Wash the side of the aluminum which is to be bonded thoroughly with a mild soap and water to remove dirt and oil. Rinse the residue. Dry the pieces of aluminum with a rag. Sand the area that is to be glued. The sanded area will help the glue adhere better to the metal. Rinse away the dust and dry the aluminum.
